1. Can I buy items in colors and/or sizes which are not listed on your website?

We are always trying to get as many classifications as possible for our items. Please contact us and let us know what you would like. We will try our best to fulfill your requests.

2. I have seen an item that I want to buy on your Instagram, Facebook/social media sites. How can I find it on Miss Fanny?
Thank you for your attention to our Social media. Please kindly notice that if there is an item title caption for that picture/post, you can search on the name in our store. If you can't find it here on the website it will probably come up as soon as possible. We like to post "Sneak Peeks" on our social media.

3. Will I get a confirmation email after I make a purchase?
Yes. After you successfully make a purchase, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address related to your order. The confirmation email will include an order number, shipping address, and item information for you to check.

4. Can I still change the order information (size, color, item etc.) for my order after I have payed?
We are very efficient in order processing. Normally the order will be sent out within 1-3 days except on a weekend or holiday but we will do our best to help you make the change. If the package already been sent out, we are sorry that there is no way for us to make a change.

5. Will I get a notice if my package is sent out?
Yes. As soon as we send out your package, a email will be sent to the email address related to your order.

6. Can I exchange an item? Can I send an item back for a refund?

7. If I don't receive my package, what should I do?
